Shipping policy

Of course, we will pack your purchased products professionally and ship them to your delivery address as quickly as possible.

ATTENTION: Depending on the item, we ship with DPD, Deutsche Post (DHL), UPS or via freight forwarding. (Insured shipping!) When shipping to an island, unfortunately an island surcharge may have to be calculated, please clarify this with us before ordering. Please note that due to the nature of some of our items, shipping to a DHL packing station is unfortunately not always possible!

When sending parcels outside Germany with a length and/or width of more than 220cm and/or a weight of more than 30 kg, delivery can only be made by a freight forwarder, in which case we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge on top of the standard shipping costs. The shipping costs are requested individually from the shipping company, please clarify this with us before ordering, we will then inform you directly about any surcharges for your order.

Please assume that customs duties may be incurred for shipments to non-EU countries.
